DelMar Pharmaceuticals Reports Full Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Criteria

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- DelMar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMPI) ("DelMar" or the "Company"), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of novel cancer therapies, today announced that on September 6, 2019, the Company was formally notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") that the Company has regained full compliance with all criteria for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, including the applicable stockholders' equity requirement. Nasdaq's determination follows the previously disclosed $6.7 million in net proceeds from the underwritten offering completed August 16, 2019.
